He even did a 2-wide perfectris, it’s almost impossible to do it with perfect rng on a single column p.s. T spins are when you let the T piece go down on his side (it occupies 2 spaces and not 3) and then spin it and close the hole. 4-wide is a 4-wide columns tactic where you fill the borders except those columns and then fill it up all in few moves. Decahexatris is 17 stripes in just one “tetris time”

@@Helloandhaveaniceday It was a decaheptatris yeah, but Tetris Effect's x-tris combo only goes up to 16. Anything above 16 is considered decahexatris, sadly. Still, it's a hell of an achievement to even get to 16.

There are names for 8, 12, 16, 18 and 20. Which is a shame, because I want my Nonarises and Undecarises. I wonder why they call it a Decahexatris instead of a Hexadecatris. Hexadeci- is a least a common and well known prefix

I prefer keyboard I find that controllers have everything to close together it’s easier to accidentally hit the hard drop or swap a piece when you didn’t want to were as I the space and shift keys are separated enough for using them to be enough of a conscious decision so that accidendatly hitting the wrong button is a lot harder “eg accidentally hitting the hard drop (up) on the d pad when switching direction

On a controller, you have a very busy thumb. On a keyboard you have all fingers resting on a key ready to press when needed. Depending on the game, a keyboard is better, assuming you have the muscle memory to use more than just your thumb. A controller is only better by default cause analog sticks. But not all games need it.

NumberJuan I’ve used this copy-paste so I’ll leave this here. | When Wumbo misdrops It’s something called a donation T-spin. It’s when you place a piece over the well (empty column) and add another piece to create a T-spin. It isn’t too difficult to learn with some practice and can be used to get out of actual misdrops. A lot of the air TSD (T-spin doubles) are from misdrops but because he knows how to play them, he can use a donation and clear both. If you’re interested in this sort of stuff, just go to harddrop wiki (just search it) and you can get guides for everything. If you have any other question, feel free to ask.
