Im glad Dan is gone 100% for sure. HOWEVER how about we stop putting the cart before the horse here. Harris is an experienced owner for sure but now tell me how relevant his teams have been. Go ahead I'll wait. As a life long 76ers fan I can promise you he's mediocre at best. Hes owned the 76ers for 12 years since 2011 and the Devils for 10 years since 2013. So show of hands what have either of those franchises done in the past decade? We need to slow down the expectations here and take bias glasses off. We traded a bad owner for a mediocre one.

Changing the ownership means nothing right now. Horrific team name. Lazy players. In different coaches. No QB of any talent on the team. While it is nice to sing "ding dong, the witch is dead", this changes nothing. The 76ers have not been lighting up the NBA with success.

Lol at the fans chanting thank you Josh. Shouldn't they really be thanking the Eagles? The cowboys? The giants? And all the other teams? And thr NFL itself? Because those teams voted to approve the sale and the league applied the pressure to force the former owner to sell. Washington's future only exists because the NFL had to step in and save it because the organization couldnt do it on its own. So whatever it does in the future to succeed just know that the Eagles the cowboys the Giants and the rest of the NFL played a SIGNIFACANT role in helping them do it.

This team is so sad. Utterly destroyed. They’ve been one of the worst teams in the league for 30 years, and they got rid of the last thing they had, which was the name and all the traditions and history that went with it. And now the opening press conference for the new owners used the words “diversity” and “inclusion” 100 times. As if that’s the point of football. The hope is gone, the history is gone, the fans are gone. Bring back the Redskins, or shut the team down and move it. Aside from Snyder’s disastrous ownership, the political activists who destroyed the team don’t care about football, and don’t deserve a team. Bring back the name, the logo, the uniforms, the song, and the old fans, or leave. DC doesn’t deserve a team otherwise. You can never replace it.
