I currently have 342 pulls (370+ previously) because i got lucky and got Windsong in 30 pulls 50/50. Now i can confidently get both Lucy and Kakania without any worries 🥵
I still remember when a friend told me "I don't need Tooth Fairy because I already have a healer, I don't need more". Fast forward a few months, He started crying that he didn't have TF and was begging for a rerun 🤣
I remember not having plans for TF but I loved her design and the story during the event (Green Lake still peak fr) Who'd have thunk it, she's the best healer, and have been using her in almost every team
I mean he still is a safe skip. Dunno if he even has maintained to be Lucy's BIS support cause we got some more modern supports in Argus (semi-dps) and Mercuria. Lastly, its not really a wise choice to even consider getting a support like getian if you only plan on using em for an Insane dps unit like lucy. At least with isolde and vila they are more versatile.
I’ve been wanting Lucy for three updates now, so I’m DEFINITELY pulling for her… But, unfortunately, I didn’t have enough pulls for Getian during his initial run because I spent them all trying to get Jiu Niangzi, so I’m a bit disappointed that I’m not going to have her best teammate if I do get her. I do have quite a few pulls saved up, but I’ll be certainly praying I get her early so that I can make a passing stab at Tooth Fairy. My healer game is a little on the weaker side. My primary healers are currently Balloon Party, Medicine Pocket, Sotheby and Yenisei, but I wouldn’t call any of them “cracked healers” by any means.
@@SteamedBunXReverse1999 Oh I’m aware. I just haven’t gotten very lucky with healer draws. I didn’t start playing until after 1.5, so I missed Tooth Fairy’s first banner and then a few updates ago on that one banner where you could pick two drawable 5-stars, I picked TF and Jessica and ended up getting Jess (which I honestly wasn’t that upset about because I had fricking jack squat for plant characters at the time). When it came to Vila, I knew I couldn’t draw her and have enough saved up to draw Lucy, so I skipped for the latter. Since you’re a CN player, do you know when Vila’s rerun would come for global?

Don't worry Getian is not a must, he's only a good addition for her so don't stress out on getting Getian. i don't have getian on cn and still doing well with Lucy

@@SteamedBunXReverse1999 Question: what happens to those resources accumulated with pulls? Are they corverted into something else after her banner is over, or do they just go into the trash bin? And if it took me 130 pulls to get my first copy... Is it worth going all in to 200 to get another dupe or two, or am I better off stopping here? (Returning player, haven't really played since 1.3 or so.) Thanks!
@@joaomarcoscosta4647 iirc once the banner is over, the currency dissapear as well for good, so you better spend it all before it ends As weither or not its worth it to go to 200 pulls, it depends. If you're F2P id recommend to keep your pulls for another character instead of a Lucy P1 (or lucy p2, if you're lucky enough to not lose your 50/50), DPS are cool but get powercrept real fast whereas supports tends to be viable for longer (6

hi! just to let u know, the lucy banner has separate pity, so your pulls dont carry over. unless youre mentioning your pity from a different banner, youd most likely have 0 pity
Sadly i had to go 140 pulls deep in both Isolde and Windsong banners because i lost the 50/50, won the 50/50 on Vila but i still had to go to like pull 68, i only have 20 pulls saved up (because i bought some packs with real money), i actually paid more for 20 pulls than buying a second hand copy of RE4 Remake on PS5 and that doesn't feel right to me, i'll probably buy the choose a 6* selector and pick Ge tian there and just try to get 1 copy of lucy, then, hopefully try to get Kakania and then just save up until Anja Nala. I still don't know which "packs" are better to buy just for pulls, there's a lot of bloated resources packages.
I almost hit hard pity on 6, i believe its 135+ pulls but i didnt count spesifically, but its around there. Then i P5ed jiu in 200 pulls, good luck for your Lucy pulls if you are pulling

For some reason I got Lucy and her P1 in 20 pulls. And with the Selector banner, I am inclined to pull for Getian now that I watched this guide 😁 but I really want to get 6 😭 but then I want Getian for Lucy 😭 (I already have Tooth Fairy)
So as it turns out. I got a P4 Lucy in exactly 250 pulls. I failed 2 different 50-50s that could have made her P5. Be careful what you wish for I guess.
Completely Depends, her Portrait are very powerful in term of DPS increase, But just like everyone else, she functions fine at P0. Adjust your plan, mostly based on 200 pulls since you would get an extra copy with it.
Im getting lucy coz i still don't know why kakania is more important than lucy if only shes not true limited. Is kakania better coz you can do funky team like healers or because of windsong for overkill damage? Well ill just get lucy for safer choice hahaha
Probably cause kakania is a support that can help sustain your team while also fitting into any team, tho its the first i've heard of kakania being a priority over Lucy. But Lucy's value as a DPS is still pretty high even if we only consider her Afflatus and Ult, as she is basically a flex dps that can fit into practically any afflatus type of enemy.
compared to other 6 stars would you say that Lucy's portraits are the best? thinking about going for P5 but I'm not sure. I also don't know how long she's going to hold up in the meta when looking at the CN server and how she's going to hold up in single target raids. if anyone would give me some suggestions that would be great!
True limited have pretty good portraits. And I'm able to clear all the raids to 1.3Mil + with Lucy so far. Ofc still need to be more careful with marsh creation because that raid is inhumane 🧿 We will see how it goes though. Ango Nala seems to be a subdps
I'd say its a good rule of thumb to stop at like portrait 2 for a majority of units in R1999. Only reason to go for full P5 is if you just really like the character and don't mind using em in a really long term considering the amount of resources it can take to p5 a lucy
Hi Bunx, thank you so much for the guide now i fully understand how her mechanic works. Need your opinion a bit. Managed to get lucy P2 with 200 pulls also my pity for guarantee another lucy is another 20 pulls. I have like 13k drop now, should i get her p3 now? Honestly the upcoming characters doesn't spark my interest at all. What do you think?
