Watching these young loins make me want to jump back in the ring. I am 38 years old now, but these young dudes make me want to get back in fighting shape. They motivating me.
@@randall4528 I do. I'll go 12 rounds in the ring. Been doing it for over 40 years. Ok, look.....pucker and blow when punching. Learn to whip the punches and snap/return to guard quick/phew, exhale puckered up from mouth, inhale through nose. You might get this incredible exhale voice, say this when you feel a sudden burst of exhaling relief with a deep echo sound. You have to be take cold showers before the 5/8 mile "run like a coyote is chasing you" before sunrise run. you are sparring 12/16 very hard rounds, pain feeds you strength. The best thing is the when your opponent hits your body, your body reacts with a sort of echo deep throat vibrating exhale that you can say to your opponents "I love this!" You have to practice this breathing exercise, 8 seconds inhale, hold 8 seconds, then exhale 8 seconds, hold 8 seconds, reapeat cycle and inhale 8 seconds, hold 8 seconds, exhale 8 seconds, hold 8 seconds, inhale 8 seconds. Do this breathing for your boxing, like whistle/blow your exhale instead. I've seen that kind of bad habit no control exhale. push exhale from your belly button area of stomach. good luck.
Man Red keeps getting caught cus blue has such an unorthodox timing. Red has drilled in these combos and responses so he can't adjust, blue ends up blocking or slipping these lightning fast responses cus they are predictable and catches Red in his predictability. Even minor feints are gonna be the bane of Red if he's not careful
