A NEW ADVENTURE FOR OUR FAMILY 

I got a bit of a fright I thought you were going to tell us all you were moving back to Ohio. But I hope you all have a fantastic time with your family.

Your family, nuclear and extended, are all unbelievably wonderful, loving people. You share and appreciate all. As a widow, with one son living 3 hrs away, this brings me joy!!

My favorite videos are when you go back home to visit🏡;to see the beauty of the Ohio country, and even more special is the time spent with precious family. And oh to hear you all singing as a family to the Lord🎶 enjoy seeing you cooking as well. Thank you for welcoming us into your home! It's like comfort food for us, like chicken soup for our souls. God bless you for blessing us 😊

I cried most of the way through this video. I miss home and family, especially my mother. But, all of my older family is already in Heaven. My children and grandchildren are living in many states. Oh, to be able to be together again. One day, the trumpet will sound. I guess I wonder if you ever think about moving back to Ohio. One of my daughters did just that last December. She and her husband left Arizona after 22 years. They missed snow and home and life as only Amish/Mennonite country offer. This was a wonderful video. Thank you.

We live in Massillon Ohio and we feel we are so blessed to live so close to Amish country. It was definitely a huge blessing during covid because we could go there and still feel normal. My mom and I go a couple times a month. Thanks for sharing it’s nice seeing familiar places.

So excited for your family to be able to spend the summer with family! I was just thinking how much I miss Ohio (growing up in Wayne county). My mom and I love going into Sugar creek, Walnut Creek, Berlin etc. for shopping and eating. The rolling hills and animals are a fun sight for our kids. We also, always go home for the fair. Our kids think it is funny that the students get a day off of school for the fair. We will be there in a couple of weeks visiting family: ) I grew up attending a Baptist church but spent time around the Amish and Mennonite communities. Thank you for sharing your lives and Christ with others!

Dear Mrs. Yoder: my sweet wife just saw your latest video---we enjoy such a fine visual/audio production which you put out weekly with such stellar care & quality. But the greatest QUALITY of all is the Holy Righteousness you, your husband and beloved children radiate to all of us who witness your kind and friendly labor of love. Everytime you go to the country, I literally cry at the beauty. I can't explain why, but I was bawling seeing the beautiful scenery. I think it's a sign that I should go there. 😁

Ohio's Amish country is so beautiful!! Getting loud when family comes together is a good thing!! The rental home is very quaint and I also love the arch doorways in the older homes. Have a blessed week!!

We are located over in north west Ohio but my husband and I were married in Holmes county (at Donna’s) 10 years ago and we try and go back at least once a year. It’s just so beautiful and each year we find something new to check out or a new restaurant to try.

You are always welcome to come home again. Ohio is such a beautiful state. Love your family and never forget were you came from!!!!!

I loved hearing your family sing "How Great Thou Art". It reminded me of when I was a child and we would all gather around in the evening and usually Mom would read the Bible and Dad would pray and sometimes we would start singing and keep at it to the wee hours of the morning. That was approximately 70 years ago and it remains some of my fondest memories. I would predict that your children will NEVER forget those times either. I didn't see any of them when you were actually singing but I'm guessing they were somewhere close by and certainly in ear shot so my prediction stands.

I love these videos in Ohio. I’ve always wanted to go to Sugar Creek. It’s so beautiful. I especially love the family singing! Such a beautiful praise to the Lord!

Nothing beats time with family. (I realize some do not have this feeling) But for those who do feel this way, I hope you are able to take time to enjoy your family. ❤

My grandfather carried the mail from PO to PO. Sugarcreek was one of his stops. Shanesville, Barrs Mills, Dundee back To Coshocton. We go every year to Berlin . Makes my heart smile to see your videos. Thank you

Is it a lot cooler there? I live in Lakeland, Fl. and the rain has been nice but humidity is high and temps are still hot. Your children are growing so fast. I was born in Ohio. :) Massillon way back in 1954. We moved when I was 5. Mom didn't like the long cold winters. Have a wonderful time.

We visited Holmes county this spring and fell in love with it! The people, places, stores, food and everything was just great! We will be visiting from Michigan several times throughout the year! Thanks for sharing in the past as it inspired us to go!😊

I remember as a teenager staying on a farm for a few days and visiting Lancaster and Hershey. Those were such the happiest times - visiting the markets, the homes, the rides at Hersheys - everything! The Amish food I had was delicious! So comforting! I would do it again if I could in a heartbeat ❤ 😊

I live in Amish Country OH. I see a lot of cars up here in the summer. But they never come up here in the winter, 😀

I love the Amish country in Ohio!! Such beautiful land & homes! I'll never forget our trip there, where we stayed in a big cabin owned by an Amish family & they cooked all our meals & brought over to us.. so yummy😋 But the best part was going into town, to all the little shops! Oh girl you're so right, its soooo hot here in Florida i hate to even go out the door🥵 When my son was a baby he was a terror to ride with! Even just in town, he hated being restrained, or being still😄 that was back we they had the DVD players you could buy & strap to the head rest.. and they were a God send for jus 🙌🏻 that's the only way he would ride without screaming & having complete tantrums. I think he was about 2 or 3 then. We could NOT travel over 10min without that thing🥴 Mmmm i'd love to have those green tomatoes..i love fried green tomatoes!! The air-bnb is pretty nice! I still haven't tried the cotton candy grapes..i haven't found them anywhere!🤷‍♀️ I looked in Tennessee before i left with no luck. I haven't been anywhere but Walmart here in Florida that sales produce & they don't have them. Oh i loved everyone sitting around singing.. awesome!❤ Its just so beautiful there!

Hey, Lynette thank-you for the beautiful video. It remind me of my family's get together we use to have, the big family reunion. Alot of my family has passed including my parents. I'm going into hospital at end of summer for a big surgery so it really remind me of my love ones of how much I need and miss them at this trying time in my life. Lynette keep bringing us these lovely videos. They are so calming and relaxing. ❤

I love going to Holmes County. Were you there during our heat wave of the 9s? It has been cooler so far this week. Still no rain but they are calling for some today and tomorrow and then warming back up to the 90s.

So nice you could go back. It’s hard to live apart but oh so special to all be together again. What was even nicer is having your own place.

I watch a lady Mary Yoder who is from around that way,White cottage company, she has just built 2 airb&b pretty close to walnut creek. Beautiful vacation homes but they would be far to small for yourselves. The property you have rented looks fabulous and just perfect 👌 have a really wonderful stay and thinking about you all.

Holmes County is so beautiful! My husband and I and my sister in law take rides through that area frequently and we stop at Walnut Creek also! You and your sister almost look like twins, beautiful. I love your videos as a whole but especially love the ones in Ohio! Your whole family give a peaceful and much love vibe, much love t y'all!!
