Ingredients for the cake base:
110g flour. 20 g cocoa.
5g baking powder.
2 eggs. A pinch of salt.
8 g vanilla sugar.
80g sugar.
40 ml vegetable oil.
80 ml milk (room temperature).
Bake for 20 minutes at 170 °C in top-bottom mode without fan.
Ingredients apple cream:
5 large apples.
50 ml lemon juice.
1 teaspoon sweetener (erythritol).
300 ml milk.
3 egg yolks.
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
1 teaspoon vanillin.
50g corn starch.
500 ml cream 33%.
We assemble the cake in layers like mine.
Ingredients for the raspberry layer:
10g gelatin.
5 tablespoons cold water.
400 g fresh frozen cherries and currants.
100 ml water.
100g sugar.
Cool the layer for 30 minutes.
Decorate the cake with cookie crumbs.
Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, but preferably overnight.
