Briljant lecture as always from the great master on climate, growth and development. One point about Delhi's autorikshaws (tuktuk) still running on diesel and gasoline: in Ahmedabad in Gujarat - PM's Modi state - they have been running on gas for over a decade, in fact the air is more than breathable there.

Have you factored in resource constraints for procuring minerals needed to manufacture solar and wind infrastructure? Do we have the mines ready to go ? Will that cause more biodiversity damage ?
