why is this the funniest and most accurate thing, she would find out they have the hangout space in the garage and make them take it all down and then continue not to use the space herself 😭

I was thinking the same, I would put a limo in driveway and turn that into her employes space.

I third this! I did a renovation to their house a few months ago, I randomly added my own Sim in as a "butler" because at the time I had removed most of my CC and I wasn't certain how much I'd get into playing her, and it improved the house by so much even though I did very few direct alterations to the building itself. I'm thinking of redoing it again because I kinda regret how I handled the foyer and stairs but ya know... They could also use an extra room for an actual butler IMHO. They really need the help with cooking and cleaning and childcare. Both parents are working and get offers for recording stuff that takes hours to film and edit while the kiddo attends school and edits videos but their bedrooms are gigantic lol there's plenty of extra room. I didn't even steal one of the bedrooms for my own sim, I felt guilty doing that 'cause Octavia deserves better, but I shrank Orange's room... I didn't even shrink the bathrooms though I did turn one into multiple smaller rooms for privacy if a Sim walks in while another Sim is already using the toilet or tub and in retrospect I could've used platforms for that. But an entirely new mansion expressly built for the Bailey-Moon family would be *wonderful.* It'd be even funnier if Tonya decided to do one with an EA restrictions and their budget (maybe with a little extra to make up for depreciation), just to see how far she can push it. I mean, I get that one of the reasons they got a terrible house is the devs were limited to Base game and Get Famous (plus whatever toilet never got made RIP every bathroom) and we've had a bunch of updates since then that they didn't have access to but STILL... That said, I also love not worrying about all that because that's how we get truly beautiful builds.

@j.stanley1669 I also remade there house in my save but it's nice to see how others interpret different homes in the sims 4 glad you had some fun with it and I would love to see it with base game and get famous as well but I would be happy with whatever she comes up with

Yes! Delgato's house is horrendous!

I build floorplans first, and exteriors and roofing after as well, to optimize gameplay. Luckily, roofing usually comes to me fairly easily. Adjustments sometimes need to be made to the floorplan. I have built outside-in before, and while it usually looks good, the interiors are often compromised. Sometimes I get lucky, and it works out, but I'm a form follows function kind of girl. I've always been mystified about how all these Sim builders seem to make it work. It's just not how I was taught. Copying floorplans is a smart idea if you're challenged by roofing.

That's a good idea actually 🤔 and i just realized she doesn't have an office space at all in this house, and no computer, which I think u need one for the acting career to choose an agency and browse/ find acting gigs. I don't think u can do all that on the phone, so yeah it woulda made sense to have an office for her, also with a microphone in it to build her charisma and like one whole wall of the room covered in those floor to ceiling mirrors so she can stare at herself lmao and practice her craft. (btw, in ur comment you wrote "attached garage" lol but I think u meant "DETACHED garage", since it's not actually connected to the house, it can't be "attached"😊)
