We would like to announce a new line of injectors coming soon from Dynomite, Patriot reman injectors! These will be 2003-2007 5.9 Cummins injectors with tighter calibration than OEM injectors and will be at a great competitive price. Stay tuned for the launch coming soon.

What are your thoughts on this? I swapped out for a 220mpa sensor and a higher rated relief valve on a near stock truck. The sensor mod made the turbo spool faster, and drive amazing. I assume it just moves the fuel curve up. It seems I can adjust these tunes with just a sensor swap as long as I have enough pump for it. The tune is just a banks automind set on econo. This truck just has the 50hp exergies, I paid $2,637.99 out the door. I wanted to try yours but at the time you were almost a $1000 more even with the 5% sale. My previous injectors were industrials they were 1,798.20. My other truck will need injectors as I am going all out and it wont be getting budget parts as I intend to compete until get a trophy somewhere. I got to shut my doubters up. I am already 200 large into that build. I have 9 trucks at this time. I got way too many projects.

@bentonL A 220mpa or 240mpa rail pressure sensor does not in itself improve performance. The intention of an upgraded sensor is to allow whoever is custom tuning your truck to run a higher rail pressure while still being able to see how high it actually is and thus accurately control it. If you were to just install an upgraded rail pressure sensor and not have your truck custom tuned for that pressure sensor, then your ECM is under the impression that your rail pressure is different than it actually is. This can definitely cause damage to components but specifically your injectors. We hope that helps answer your question!

@@DynomiteDieselTV I was actually hoping for an answer to how far I can push it. I want to know the failure point. We all know about the 67 rail sensor swap. But that's only 20 MPA hire than factory 5'9. If it wasn't doing anything no one would do it. In the end it basically equivalent of turning a fuel screw. We didn't change the duration. We just increased the pressure. And if everything else is working right, it's fun times.

Although there's no way to 100% guarantee it, we would be shocked if you didn't see a fuel economy improvement based on what you described and the flow characteristics of our injectors.

@jasunsmith9136 we actually are planning to replace every solenoid we can. With that said, all our print & general marketing materials will not guarantee it just in case we have supplier issues with solenoids at some point down the road. In the meantime, all injectors will get new solenoids. During the teardown process of the core injectors we're testing and saving the best solenoids just in case we need them in the future but the hope and plan is to not have to use them. Hopefully that helps to clarify the reasoning. As a company we prefer to under promise and over deliver. Thanks

@@jasunsmith9136 every nozzle will be replaced during the rebuild process. The old nozzles that were removed from core injectors are thrown away or recycled.

​@@DynomiteDieselTV I was not mentioning it to give you a hard time. I see it as a unnecessary cost, while I the solenoid is a necessary cost cuz. Most companies cut the nozzles bigger to clean them up and that's why they always claim stock plus or something.

For the time being this will solely be for stock injector applications.

@@davidbosch3779 Sounds good! Keep in mind we have our standard injector offerings from stock to about as wild as you may want to get. The Patriot series of injectors mentioned in this video is solely meant to be geared toward those on a budget at a stock power level.
