A NEW PERSPECTIVE + NEW HOMES + Farm Walk 

I found you guys in a really dark time in my life, it was just a random video I found my self watching that auto played. Kingsley was Maybe 8 months old. At the end Philip said you are loved and you are wanted. That one comment saved my life that night. I have no infertility problems but I kept watching you guys just because I found you guys so positive and I was hooked and it was a nice way for me to see others being positive through hard times. I watched you adopt your second and was over joyed when you fell pregnant. I don't think I've missed one vlog! I'm not religious in fact I was confused as to why I found you guys so addictive cause I normally avoid Christian channels. But over the years you now home stead and I also have a passion for a self sufficient life style. Recently Philip talking about his ADHD has also helped me as I also have ADHD. So I found you at a bad time I my life, kept watching and now your content is very relevant in my life. So I thank all of you for your vlogs and for who you are as humans. I am actually a pagan and green witch so your channel kinda looks out of place in my saved channels I watch. However I know the reason why I will always watch your vlogs. I feel you should just keep vloging about what ever you guys are currently doing or into. I've found your content so helpful in what ever you talk about. I think for me it's not so much the topic but you guys that help me. It's just awesome tho that you now talk more about home steading. But I'd watch you still even if you where talking about something else. I will add as well to clarify even tho I normaly avoid Christian channels that is normaly because others push there own belief system on others to much. You guys mention your religion but you don't expect us to also be or believe. I feel accepted and you guys don't exclude or make anyone feel bad for Maybe not believing the same as you. I found you by accident one day when I was up late due to going through the first year of my disability. Sleep was tough. Long story short I started learning about infertility and took an interest in it. Fast forward and this year we found out my daughter who is 20 might have to end up doing ivf in the future due to medical problems. So thanks to your family I already had the knowledge to help her through this.

I’ve been a viewer for about 4 years and found you guys when I was trying for my second baby. I had a lot of anxiety going into my second pregnancy, and felt the aches of that intense longing to be a mom again. I think what kept me watching, aside from the fact that you just seemed like the most patient set of people ever made, was your courageous ability to grieve openly and overcome on so many occasions. Yours and Phillips teamwork in marriage is what I strive for in mine and it’s been a pleasure to watch you guys weather the lows and joyously celebrate the wins. When my car was acting up it was a small part called a voltage regulator I put in 2 batteries and a starter then took it back thought it was bad and another mechanic finally was able to diagnose the problem. Amen and Amen to that. Finally was able to have a car that started every time in 6 months time. Don't know much about cars or trucks but might check if your truck uses one of them or not

I found your channel when you were bringing Callie home from the hospital, and I have been praying and crying and cheering for you since then!!

I found you looking for a believer who could help me get through a difficult time. You were still in California where I live and you had already adopted your two beautiful girls. I watched you through your grief of miscarriage and it helped me to be strong when my husband of 57 years died in 2020. It was during Covid with still so many restrictions, couldn't visit him in hospice care until he was about to die. No viewing, only a few at the funeral, outside were allowed. Our two Pastors were there with me, besides my son and his wife and daughter, so I got through it. The loneliness was terrible, but I had your family to watch most days and that helped. Your faith is so beautiful and I thank God every day for you. Love does multiply.

If you can not figure out where you are grounding and losing power in the system Phil you can simply disconnect the battery when you are not driving it. This way (as long as the battery is actually good and that is not the problem) then the battery will not lose power.( it can't, its not connected to the electrical system) Then you just reconnect the battery and start it.

14:25 my brother-in-law had to disconnect some fuses in the glove box because there was a light in there that wasn't turning off. I wonder if you have something small, hidden, and random like that going on. They did have to replace their battery too, because all of the draining and jumping had taken a permanent toll on the old one. Good luck!

I find you all so uplifting by your positivoty concerning your precious family , your off the grid learning to live by God's gracious gifts of nature , enduring losses through Faith ..I was originally intrigued by the adoptions of your 2 precious little girls and then the birthing of your precious daughter #3.. At age 75 , married nearly 55 years , 3 children , 5 grandchildren, I am still enthralled with our family ( the good and not so good ) and the lifestyle you and yours seem very honestly to present..The love of God & family and nature's gifts, is very evident and warms my heart..Blessings always in all ways ❤

Y'all are my online equivalent to my retired pastor next door neighbor. His peacefulness, his wife's grace and kindness, and their ability to share God's love without being extreme is the best! When I needed support with infertility I found you! My husband and I went through 4 years of infertility with failed IVF. We then moved across country to start a new life and miraculously got pregnant with our son Jack! He came 10 weeks early, and watching your videos brought a smile to my face. We live in the woods with animals and so every topic you put on your videos catching my attention ♥️

I started watching you all because of the fertility issues, years ago when Kinsley was tiny. Although I am older now, I had issues conceiving too. I love watching your family grow in every way! I started watching you because of your infertility struggle. I gave up a son for adoption 42 years ago. It was a closed adoption. Somehow we hooked up but he has no desire to know me. Sad. It's so fun to see how far you've come. Oh, please tell Phillip if his truck is a Ford. For some reason when you turn a Ford off you have to turn off the radio, A/C, heater, ECT. Everything has to be turned off or it drains the battery. We used to have several Ford's and they did that. So you turn a feather duster up side down and secure it from top of cage with rope or heavy string so that babies can hang out underneath. Adjust with age of chickens. Kinda like a mom for them and cozy!

I wish we could do more gardening at least, but my husband is physically disabled, a kidney transplant recipient, and can’t do much physical labor to help me. I live that part through your family. Besides my son & daughter are grown and my granddaughter just turned 18 in May. Hi Phil & Alex. So I "found" yall years ago. I honestly don't remember how exactly other than it was obviously though RU-vid. While I was not experiencing infertility, having experienced multiple pregnancy losses as well as having been adopted, I felt an immediate connection. As your journey and interests have grown, as they tend to do, they have paralleled mine. From faith, to parenting, camper/tiny living, homeschooling, healthy life living, to homesteading. All of which I have such an interest/passion for. When I was growing up in Michigan we had about 15 Guinea Fowl. For some reason they took a liking to my Mom and they would follow single file-in a long row behind her wherever she went on our property. They also hated going into their coop at night and would sleep in a large Maple tree near our front door.

I’ve been watching since 2018. My interest in your channel has evolved as your family and life has evolved. I am definitely more interested in homesteading, healthy living at this season of my life.

I don’t know how I found you but you had a brown haired toddler and a blond baby. It was only later that I couldn’t out about your conception problems. I had gone through that but lost all my reproductive equipment due to damage from clomid. So I have had ANIMALS! Dogs, a cat, and now 8 parrots. I am 67 (soon) and still having fun.

I found you around 3 years ago. No idea how I stumbled upon you, but it was right before you sold your home and started your RV-ing. I had lost my husband at the age of 44 (3 years earlier) and maybe because of your infertility journey and your losses that RU-vid suggested you. I found out that you guys had been in ministry, which was something my husband and I did as well (Church planters). Through your channel, I "met" the Miller Fam and enjoy them as well. I do not have infertility or chickens but have enjoyed your journey. I feel that I get encouragement and peace plus tons of motivation from your channel. I feel this is one of the better if not best vlog. It felt you were more at peace, not mourning, not wanting, but at pure peace of where you are at. I have been through a fertility joinery, adoption journey, but not all I want to watch is about it. I am a middle Tn homesteader in the making. I have an F150 and it does the same thing. We finally figured out that the radio/clock doesn't shut off unless the passenger door is opened and closed. Whatever little switch makes that happen is broken on the driver's door. It was driving us insane.

If I’m honest I cannot remember how I started how I fell upon your channel because at the time I wasn’t following anyone on you’ve-and now you guys are one of maybe 5 channels I follow, and I’m here because I find huge motivation within your story and your beautiful family. If I’m honest you guys could post about anything and I’ll be watching simply because of the faith you and Phillip have in life and how happy you all are. I went through my own infertility journey and have been fighting illnesses for 11 years now. Some of which is a result of my early onset health issues like endometriosis. Now I’m in the fight of my life-my husband of a few months shy of 20 years moved out a week ago and my heart is shattered. If I can make a prayer request from anyone who sees this-please pray for my and our children and for my husband to figure out what he’s doing. He’s having more of a mid life crisis and it’s hurting our marriage. I appreciate your love.

We found you through your adoption journey with Callie. My husband and I were not married then but we knew adoption would be in our future as I cannot carry a pregnancy. We stayed through the RV journey because we were also doing RV living and thought it was so cool you guys did it for a season. We are now married and homestead in our tiny house so we continue to faithfully watch your beautiful family as you expand and learn. You inspire us and our paths have been so similar. I have a Prius that I don't drive much in MI during winter. I have to put a trickle charger on it to keep it charged up when not driving. It works beautifully for me.

I love hearing how people live healthfully. I didn’t grow up in a healthy family, so I like to see a balanced and attainable way people approach living mindfully and healthfully in the way they eat, grocery shop, meal plan, systems in place to create peace and balance. That is some of my favorite content to watch from you. I’m not in the family planning stage quite yet but hearing about your journey has helped me to understand more about my sister in laws journey and how to support her. Overall I enjoy hearing what you are interested in sharing.

I can’t remember how I found you guys, but I’ve been watching since you were in your condo in California. I find you guys relatable and entertaining! I am a NICU nurse and my husband was also born with a cardiac defect. I’ve been inspired by your homesteading and have started my own garden and am also now making sourdough! I love incorporating things I’ve learned from you guys into raising our 3 kids 😊

My husband who was a mechanic says there sounds like there’s short somewhere that is draining power from the battery. The reason it will start after being started every couple of days is because the alternator is recharging the batteries ( since diesels have more than one battery he says) but without the start every couple of days the short drains all the power. He said check all the wiring in sections. It could be as simple as a wire with a bare spot rubbed in it.
