Got ADHD, hardly sit in place not moving with something, not overthinking getting ideas etc. Regularly i meditate or making breathing session, gym sessions, bike, or recording movies, to get to point of that states But THIS! Made me totaly still in seconds! I realized after aaallll 16minutes! I am not moving with any finger and calculating silently on the background getting my breath and thoughts still. Feeling like in primary school on every lessons staring out of the window counting every single movement outdoors and in not visible area. Often get that state in nature, photographing landscapes, or on a "mission to discover". But holy silent i just get that in here! And i am making this comment after bomb of excitement in 45minute.
