Definitely a fun item! The value just drops whenever you cannot proc it. Sylas, Fizz and Ekko are much better using lichbane compared to Gragas but its not a bad item it just varies from user to user :)

I guess with squishies yes. The problem with Lichbane from my own POV is that you don't proc it often compared to just throwing spells from a distance. Your enemies don't want to deal with you melee and gragas capability to gap close is alot harder than champions that has lichbane in their staple builds like Fizz or Sylas.
As an adc player, it's not that difficult unless you got a really really bad jungler, or a braindead support, in that case just take sustain runes and items, get through lane with less than 4 deaths and winnable
@@MrCornholio1812 It's more mid-game that I'm thinking about with the mage and assassin meta. So the thought is to get ahead faster in other roles. But there was just a massive update, so the meta is pretty volatile right now
@@MrCornholio1812 Lucian/Nami was a thing for a while, it was when people realized that Nami could proc Electrocute just from using E on Lucian that really broke it
