@@TheKaneECO no. From time to time yeah you can rope i agree with this but that guy roped every turn while playing murlocs, even the first one ! There's no strategy here.

@@romainrondeau4242 incorrect. Regardless of the deck that you play it is proper strategy to take a similar amount of time each turn. This is a BASIC fundamental seen in things like Magic the Gathering, and even poker. Giving out free information to your opponent is something that one should try and not to.

@@TheKaneECO you must be boring to play against then. I sincerely hope to never face someone like you in any game if you take years on purprose. Taking years is nothing of a strategy, it's taking the same time that is, by taking so long you're just volontarily a pain but i guess everyone plays the way he wants ^^.

@@romainrondeau4242Oh it's absolutly boring. I'm not denying that. But saying it isn't a strategy is just nothing but wrong. The basic idea is this. Much like in poker you want to remain very subdued and static and consistent in order to give your opponents less to read off your facial expressions, body language and play speed. This applies to hearthstone. If you are playing and taking roughly ten seconds a turn and then all of a sudden you take a turn where you rope in order to think, all you did was give your opponent information. A drastic change in game speed reveals something to the person you are playing against and they might consider something that they wouldn't have otherwise. To avoid this you take a LONG turn almost every, if not every, turn. This way you don't reveal when you ACTUALLY need a longer turn to think about your plays. On top of this people, like yourself, get tilted and angry and generally will play worse or even concede just by their opponent taking long turns. This can mean some easy wins every now and again if they can't calm down.
