Switchgears are high-electricity switches for the electrical grid. They typically use SF6, sulfur hexafluride, which results in emissions equivalent to more than 100 million cars every year.
What started with Manju and the support of his wife resulted in a catalytic event in the switchgear industry pushing large players to take climate action.
