Loved your vlog..do make some nice recipes in cast iron..I too switched over from all the non stick utensils to old Indian style..like clay pots,cast iron and bronze utensils…trust me the transition was not easy at all..and the utensils costed a bomb… but I was adamant and finally got a hand on all of them..and I am glad I made this choice over my health.. all the best … waiting to see more of these lovely vlogs
