Curious why you specified an empty coal train? Only one coal fired power plant in Cali, that's in San Bernardino, and no active coal mines. Where would they get coal and where would it go? Could that be for other minerals, rock, sand , gravel, or ? Just wondering...
@@argentum530 I'm pretty sure this is an empty coal train I think this train would get loaded up in Nevada or some coal mine and it's to heavy to go back over donner pass so it takes the feather River route and makes a loop.
