Hey everyone, and welcome back to the channel! Today, we're diving into the world of a superfood - finger millet, also known as ragi. We're focusing on a super convenient and healthy way to consume it - Ragi juice!

Ingredients:
Soaked Finger Millets -1 cup
Grated Coconut -2 tbsp
Jaggery -3 tbsp
Cardamom _4 or 1/2 tsp
Almonds _5
Chia seeds_1 tsp
Water as required
Process:
1. Soak the Millet:
Take 1 cup of finger millet (ragi) and soak it in water for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
2. Blend the Ingredients:
Drain the soaked ragi and transfer it to a blender.
Add 2 tablespoons of grated coconut, 3 tablespoons of jaggery powder, and 4 cardamom pods to the blender.
Pour in enough water to facilitate blending and achieve the desired consistency.
3. Blend Until Smooth:
Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
If the mixture is too thick, add more water as needed.
Strain the Mixture:
4. Use a fine sieve or cheesecloth to strain the blended mixture into a bowl or jug, separating the liquid from the solid residues.
Serve:
5. Pour the strained ragi juice into serving glasses.
Top each glass with 5 chopped almonds for an added crunch and chia seeds garnish.
6. Enjoy:
Serve immediately as a refreshing drink or refrigerate for later use.
