Try mink piece, it reminds me of One Piece Legendary and Steve’s One Piece. It has the vibe of old One Piece Games and the fruits are really fun to use although the effects are lacking.

You dont need to be in the 2nd sea to get con haki You need to kill The boss at Arena it has a 0.05% to grt it

For haki u have to meet Rayleigh on a tower in the random wilderness island, but it’s 700k to get while for observation haki u just have to level up your haki to 100
