I recently started to watch your video it makes me really happy of your achievement i hope you get what you wish for !!! I cant stress how much it would make me happy if you'd acheive your dream... Mein khud ek low income family se aati hun and my parents have tried to give me every book that i needed still i couldn't clear my neet exam i left that thing there and went ahead with my bsc and aspiring for integrated phd in the upcoming time ... Hi didi.. I'm also preparing for UPSC but apart from studies I am facing a lot of mental health issues.I don't know whether you will be able to help me or not but I can't talk these things to my family because I had tried before and noone was able to get what I'm going through.. so now I will tell you my problems 1.I am an introvert and I just get very nervous when I'm around people and I am not able to communicate at all... 2. I just overthink a lot like what others will think if I do this or if I speak..? Will they even value what I am saying ?? And I'm indecisive as well. I'm not confident in my life. I don't have strong opinions as they're required if I want to join civil services and I'm aware that a civil servent must be confident and he has to work with and for a lot of people.. So didi these days all these thoughts are running in my mind and I am not able to concentrate on my studies.. So what should I do 🥺 (I have started mediating since two weeks) what else can I do ?? Sorry bahut bada lamba likha hai

Ur and mine conditions are many things similar,,,like after my father's death i did job & now teaching some students for earning...for continuing study as well as necessity...but u can express a lot here but u know sis i cant express...no i m not that much introvert but i faced a lot & now also.i never see any good vives person.now i literally dnt speak,although i hv many to tell.

@@Nishat954 don't commit this mistake jab exam hall se nikalte ho n leave that exam there and ghar aake relax yourself and then start revising for next exam and only focus on it .... Pichle exam ki vajh se you can't spoil the ahead one.... All the best may God bless uhh dear ❤
