Covering Maynard on vocals is a tall task to say the very least, particularly this song. But it's a very, very well done cover, glad the algorithm served this up to me this morning. Orestes, 3 Libras and Judith back-to-back-to-back is the greatest three songs in a row from any album ever, imo.
Homeboy is doing the backing vocal wrong in the beginning. I guess it's the "Live in Red Rocks" version, so I'll take it. That being said, lead singer does a great job on a very, very difficult vocal line, and once you hit the "pre-chorus" (I guess... "medicated"), y'all explode PERFECTLY. All in all, I'd say 7/10. Great job fellas.
@@javorockstargdl coming back to this, I forgot to mention exactly how hard the harmony vocals killed. It really made the song. In 2022, I've revised to an 8.5/10.
I love the work but, you cut your vocals with the F/X from trying to hard to sound like APC you all have your sound. It's amazing but you need to not drown out your singer and sync with all in your group. ROCK STARS IN THE MAKING!!!
