Uhmmmm can't even tell you all that I want to say? When my sister got engaged, obviously she was going to have to hire a videographer, even if Alex and I had to pay them ourselves. We were pumped to get to sit back and watch someone else work for a change... until Alex got to thinking. A stunning venue on top of a mountain in Pigeon Forge with a couple who would give us full creative control and trust our vision? He knew he had to go for it. (And we are probably too into having a front row seat on all the moments and would lose our minds not having a camera in our hands to capture them lol). So, all of that to say, Alex filmed Katey's wedding while I played the sister role all day. And he absolutely crushed it.
It's so helpful to not be the videographer sometimes. You remember WHY the moments we work so hard to capture perfectly matter so much. I felt the nerves and I cried the tears and I jumped for joy seeing my sister in her dress on the dance floor. This day was a (career and life) highlight for us. Enjoy our highlight we created :)
