Man oh man! This is my dream car, my next car actually. I moved from the Megane to a V40 T3 because I've always secretly admired Volvos 😁I'm glad and happy with this review, as always thanks bro
I remember back in 2014 thinking I can afford a V40 at the time, what a joke that was😭😅😅. Otherwise, a fantastic car that one, long time brother, hope you doing great. I won't blame you for getting this, I mean on paper it is like-for-like with X3 M40i 😅
The only thing that deterred me from getting this was the rear design which I think doesn't match the overall good looks of the vehicle and the plug-in hybrid which I'm not a fan of. Otherwise, it's an awesome car but my first love (BMW X3) won my heart and my bank balance.
I've heard a lot of good things about the X3 and do not doubt that it's a fantastic car. I somehow lean towards this so far even with the subjective rear looks. I can't blame anyone for picking X3 over any car honestly because it is really a fantastic car and comes in better priced, I mean for what this is currently priced at, I can find X3 M40i and that right there is the difference.👌🏾
Yoh the acceleration of this is amazing, the car might be long in the tooth but if could I would consider one...otherwise thanks a lot my brother once more🙏🙏🙏
Yesses, this thing can do 0-100km in 5seconds with 0% battery, I think with battery power available it's around 4.8seconds, will hide it in the night review (at the end😅). It plays in the X3 M40i territory🙆🏾♂️. I love this car honestly. As usual, thanks a lot my brother, much appreciated🙂
😭😭😭, eish I have to consider a lot of things when shooting these videos. It can literally get me in trouble as I am pointing straight at the speedo with the camera. I have to lead by example🙏🏽🙂
When it came from the curve up there I thought he was overtaking, been seeing a lot about Kenyan drivers especially those bakkies delivering that herb (forgot its name). 🙂
@sebuwam The 'herb' is either Miraa (Khat) or Muguka. The Khat is transported in mostly Toyota Hilux bakkies, and the Muguka is mostly in Toyota Probox vehicles or trucks. I don't know what they do to the engines, but those vehicles fly! I couldn't keep up with them while in a Volvo S60. Though in defence of the Volvo, it wasn't a Polestar engineered version. Now that Kenya and South Africa have a visa free agreement, I'll do a road trip down there.
Just wanted to say to everyone reading this that Jesus loves you and He wants to give you eternal life today. If you want to accept Jesus in your life please say the repeat the following: Romans 10:9 NIV [9] I declare with my mouth, “Jesus Christ is Lord,” and I believe in my heart that God raised him from the dead. Lord I repent of my sins and past ways and from this day forward I choose you, come and be my guide and lead me into a life that leads to eternal life. In Jesus name, Amen." Congratulations and welcome to the Kingdom of God. Heaven is rejoicing over you. You are now saved. Please take the next step and get to know God through bible reading, prayer and, worship. Additionally find a church home and grow in the faith. Thank you brethren.
Any modern automatic car without PADDLE SHIFTERS is a waste of time. Volvo (and the Land Rover Defender) are losing money by not appealing to those of us who still want to change our own gears. It might seem negligible - but it actually matters. Men buy more cars than women - men like changing gears themselves, whereas women just prefer the automated gear changes...
Well, it depends if that Polo can maintain that speed you talking about, once we get to the hills and so on, it will be good night Polo, then there is literally no way a Polo will get to 100 in less than 9seconds (I am even being generous here)
