I love how “Rockstaff” equips even their smaller units. They never feel cheap. Look at the frameless windows, the brand name tires, the solid surface counters even in the bathroom and the nightstands, just premium choices throughout. And to have a sofa and dinette, and a big bath (made possible by being a pass-through), all in under 26 feet is pretty incredible.
We have a Flagstaff Micro Lite 25fks. It has a base weight of 5300lb and a base tongue weight of 680lbs like the one you are showing. Loaded for camping with full propane tanks, batteries and gear, my real weight at a cat scale is 6300lb and my real tongue weight is 900lbs. I was towing it with my Expedition Limited that has a payload capacity of 1530lbs, but was running too close to that limit with passengers and gear in the truck. I now tow it with a Ram 1500 truck that has a payload capacity of 1735lbs. It handles it much better.
We have the Rockwood 2515S (similar). It is fantastic and the quality is certainly there inside and out, which is why it is indeed on the heavier side. They say it is "1/2 ton towable" but I will forewarn you, it's not a very stable drive. I'd only recommend short trips at best, and in good weather conditions. It bounces more than I liked even with bilstein shocks on the truck and a weight distribution hitch. At this weight, you really need to be using a 3/4 ton truck for stability and safety reasons......which I now have. The numbers don't lie. 2 people = 400 lbs., tool box = 150+ lbs., tongue trailer weight = 800 lbs. So right there without anything extra in the cab with you or any other after market addons and nothing in the bed of the truck your payload is 1300 lbs. Tundra, F-150, and other 1/2 ton trucks are going to be right at or over their payload capacity. This makes for a bouncy unstable drive above 45 mph.....speaking from experience. Go for trailers under 5K lbs. for 1/2 ton trucks.
The "slam latch" in my opinion, is one the best upgrades they have made! Sounds like a small improvement but it has made my life immeasurably better. Forget the power stabilizers, they are junk! Spend that money on the "power package". Sounds like you have a newer Tundra. I have my doubts about my Tundra pulling a 22FBS/2205S. It is barely lighter than this model as spec.
I agree on the water connection on the outside ...no go for me. Love the fridge. Steps are nice upgrade. I need a little more room for a w/d combo. If that was so a larger truck would be needed
This is a great layout we ordered ours 2 months ago and just recently picked it up. It is everything we were hoping for coming from our epro. It's top notch quality and we couldn't be happier with the layout you won't regret it if you get this camper. Oh and we tow with a tundra also it had no problems towing this so don't worry about the payload police😂 get a good weight distribution hitch and enjoy camping. Have a good one.

I’ve the 26 FKBS Super Lite with a front kitchen which I prefer. I am a serious cook and canner, so I need the much larger kitchen, and it is super comfortable and roomy. It’s a 2021 model, so the appliances are different. Storage is GREAT! I like my model more than this, and we use a half ton truck to pull it.
I always hear about the great build quality of Grand Design and Alliance, but we have a Rockwood (sister product of Flagstaff) TT and the build quality is fantastic.
Towable, but one has to remember that payload capacity is like dry weight and does not include passengers or even gasoline. A Tundra has a 21.1 gallon gas tank so a full tank subtracts about 133 lbs from the start. Add passengers and there is little not much weight left for cargo in the cab let alone the truck bed. Close enough that one will need to weigh the tongue of the trailer after loading the RV as well as knowing the specific payload capacity of the Tundra or other half ton and perhaps even knowing the specific weight of the passengers!
I have a 65 inch TV in the living room and 2 ~50 inch TVs and other rooms in the house. There’s no way that I would ever enjoy looking at a 32 inch TV.
