1993, the best year. I like the London Northern logo, especially on Metrobuses. Not sure why, maybe it's about the shape of the letters or how mighty yet cool that name sounds. :D
It's always good to look back my boy, us bus men often need the old photos to remind us that public transport was once something to be cherished, and that reminds me I'm off on holiday for 8 days starting from Sunday 4th June and I'm off to the Glasgow Vehicle Vintage Trust for the open Sunday. Swing in and drop them off in the middle of nowhere....if only we still could, but you get done for that now. Ah those days when prams had to be folded.
I liked to ride the 607 from Uxbridge Shepherds Bush, particularly if it was a Lynx. 222 was one of the first routes converted to low floor, with Dennis Lance SLFs; must have been not long after these were taken

Such lovely colourful times, i know it was almost complete to sell off but LT still had a footing of sorts I guess until GLA formed and stripped TfL of all standards. Brilliant times for me as I was a little lad then
