It's weird though, my head didn't expect it or realise to be spoken in Dutch; Dutch seems very much like spoken English in England with the way everything is pronounced. It basically sounds like English in my opinion for somebody who doesn't know a word of english.

I fly as companion sometimes and I had the amazing opportunity to fly on the cockpit. It’s definitely the best experience I’ve ever had in life! KLM is in my heart 💙

Geweldig mooi om te zien. Wát een topbaan met veel verantwoordelijkheid over een paar honderd mensen aan board en zulke prachtige techniek om mee te werken. Ik ben helaas een beetje kleurenblind maar anders zou ik zeker piloot willen worden.

Ik ben flightsimmer bij KLM VA en het is erg leuk om te zien dat wij dezelfde procedures toepassen op VATSIM, as real as it get's, inderdaad.

This is a great video. Taught me a lot, even though I have worked on software for airlines and airports for many years. Made easier because I worked in the Netherlands for three years, more than 40 years ago. Only one disagreement, with the captain when he said landing is better than take off. As a passenger, I love take off. Back in the seat, up in the sky! And I'll take the landing as it comes.

Grappig, als wij naar Nederland gaan kiezen we er vaak voor om naar Salt Lake City te rijden en van daaruit de vlucht naar Amsterdam te nemen, omdat zowel Delta als KLM er een directe vlucht hebben. Ik ben altijd benieuwd geweest waarom Salt Lake City zo veel directe vluchten naar Amsterdam heeft. Vliegen er bovengemiddeld veel missionaries naar Amsterdam?

As much as this is a neat video and it gives people that aren’t usually allowed on the flight deck a glimpse at how this part of the operation is run, I question any conversation on the flight deck that is not pertaining to the safety of the flight when it is considered sterile. That is, unless the flight that is filmed was a reposition flight without passengers. It may be different in the Netherlands but in the US the only time us authorized on the flight deck that are not flying the plane are allowed to talk below 10,000ft is anything that pertains to the flight and if we see something that effects the safety of the flight.

How long does it take to get a refund? I have been waiting for a refund since January 2023 and all I got from your (let's call it like this) customer service has been lies, fraudulent data, and deceiving information. When I asked for the phone number or contact of a supervisor, they told me they couldn't do anything even though I had requested this in formal terms (the same way KLM has requested my bank statements and data which they received promptly). When I asked them to send me a bank statement as proof that the refund had been done, they told me they couldn't do that. For over 10 months I have been in contact with KLM customer service (it is better to be called KLM NOTcustomer service) with Enmanuelle, Ben, Felix, Emanuelle, and Andras. The last thing your NOTcustomer service did, was say that the refund has been already approved (I know this) and done (this is a complete lie). When I asked them to send me info to which bank they made a payment, they sent me a made-up IBAN and some ARN number which is not applicable anywhere. Can you please tell me who I have to contact to get a refund which I have been waiting for more than 10 months?

When it comes to India, it is big risk in terms of financial implications as you need your parents support due to the high cost and investments and no support from any govt. Banks will provide the loan based on the collateral security which you have to depend on your parents again.

Hé KLM is het mogelijk om ook een keer mee tegaan ik vind vliegtuigen heel gaaf ik woon in Goirle en dan dan hoor ik altijd de vliegtuigen die van en naar Eindhoven AirPort komen en gaan en ja als het mogelijk is dan snap ik ook wel dat ik naar Schiphol moet hoop dat het mogelijk is 😊🛩️
