A nice couple, and great to see their genuine and honest reactions to the properties. It's interesting that on Place in the Sun programmes, clients are asked their budget, then that 'wriggle room' extra. Of course they are always pushed to the top end, so may as well just say that as their top budget!
What a great choice they made! I know the area well. This property is so charming and at most 30 min. to the historical port city of Cartagena and beaches of Mazzaron, and the nearest beach is only about 15 min. away. Great rental potentional and also a superb place to live permanently. I’m actually a bit envious, but I’m happy for this lovely couple!
Deborah was crying at the second house. They usually go for those ones😊. And Greg will be able to walk around without worrying about bashing his head😂. The pool is lovely too.
They seem to like most of them, but he has to think twice when he has to bend to go through a door. Suppose he forgets to bend, he could end up losing his head if he choose the low entrance one.
