@Skiptal while technically he didn't break a law since he isn't really "hacking," though he is using external programs to affect other clients in ways that notch didn't attended, so you could argue that he is actually hacking and therefore can be arrested. also, yes, hacking is illegal. but you also have to keep in mind what "hacking" actually means. in most cases, it means breaking into or changing somebody's private system. however, minecraft hackers aren't really doing this. they aren't hacking the server, but they are using a program to take actions that affect other clients. it's hard to figure out, but it's truthful to say that skeppy didn't commit a crime in this video. he isn't recording the hacker, he's recording an online character that happens to be controlled by the hacker.
