You can stroll around while looking at historical buildings such as Nakanoshima Park, known as the oldest park in Osaka city, Central Public Hall, which conveys modern Japanese architecture to the present day, and Nakanoshima Library, which is designated as an Important Cultural Property of Japan.
The Osaka Nakanoshima Museum of Art, which was completed two years ago in Nakanoshima, is holding the Daigoji Temple National Treasure Exhibition.
Approximately 90 national treasures and important cultural properties from Daigoji Temple, a World Heritage Site in Kyoto, are on display.
Daigoji Temple was founded in 874 during the Heian period.
Since then, it has been the base temple of Shingon Esoteric Buddhism and has attracted the faith of many aristocrats and samurai.
Many buildings remain that convey Japan's traditional architectural techniques to the present day, including the five-story pagoda, known as the oldest wooden building in Kyoto city.

The rosary in his right hand is said to save people from suffering.
Daiitoku Myo-o has six faces and six limbs and is riding a buffalo.
