Omg the necklace is so beautiful & precious ❤ you are an angel & you help so many people. You've just helped me get through a crappy morning. I'm looking after my dad with a brain disorder & most of the time I act tough. Now & again I hit a load of emotions that I hate . I keep busy & try to push those feelings away. But I have to give in to it & I sob & get angry & then end up feeling better. Mostly in the car in a Tesco's car park . You are such a strong lady who has gone through so much. You've been through a lot of trauma & it sounds like divine intervention is now helping you to release what you've been holding on to for 27 years. I'm so glad you are in touch with the counselling. I think you need to find that right group to try and get that deep thoughts of how you feel out in the open it must be so hard not to be able to talk about how you feel and all them feelings. Try that group or even others and just may be you might find that 1 person you connect with and it will just come out how you feel. No it doesn’t matter how long it is since it happened it still hurts and it’s good to let it out. It was a huge change to your life. Please go to that group. Oh Jo feelings are so messy and hard and we think if we push them deep inside we can ignore them but up they pop like a boil.... I understand as have one that pops up when I least want or expect it.
