I deal with moderately severe depression and I needed this video. As a stay at home mom, I struggle alot with loneliness and my emotional well being. I struggle with comparing my life to others. This video was really reassuring.

Love your video…I have a chronic illness and still struggle sometimes with comparing my life to others. A few years ago my baby was stillborn and I can’t have any more kids, it has been hard times, but as you said I will try to pamper myself to enjoy everyday a little more 💗.

We have a choice in life which is to be happy or not to be happy. Helping others by volunteering at such places as orphanages, nursing homes, helping the elderly who live alone by offering to bring groceries to them when you go out to shop if they need anything like bread, eggs, milk etc. will give you joy and make you happier. By not always focusing on ourselves we get blessed too. Lovely video.

I live alone...by choice. I have the majority of my life...although I live alone I am not lonely. I find satisfaction in the simplest of things and the ability to set my life at my own pace. I worked hard nearly 30 years starting at age 15 and I ended up getting sick and taking time to recover as well...I am thankful now for my health. Don't let anyone take your worth they will rob you of happiness. I felt a kindred spirit with you. Your teapot is like mine 🥰I too clean 🧼 my bathroom with shower gloves 🧤 and your bathroom is beautiful! your videos are beautiful and meaningful. Thank you for sharing your precious life.
