You could show land title documents signed by Bibi himself and they'd still be invalid under Canadian law, because nowhere is the westbank is on Israels side of the '67 line. It would be like claiming you have the right to sell land in Germany because someone in Venezuela said so. It would be like telling police you could sell your neighbours house because YOUR wife signed a document saying you could. Cops aren't going to take that. (At that time George Bush Senior did not approve. So they were just hosting information events, basically to encourage American Jews to settle, without actually selling any land. The logic was that American Jews could move into the West Bank, because any Palestinian attacks on the Settlers would cause USA to protect its citizens.)
