Your apartment is so cute! You should try window clings on the bathroom windows so you can let light in but have privacy, they make really pretty stained glass ones now
I also have a Very Old Bathroom that is also Very Tiny. The three things I do that have made the most impact: 1. Clear shower curtain 2. No bathmat 3. Clean twice a week.
I bought a steam mop 3 years ago. It comes apart so you also have like a hand cleaner as well as a floor mop. It's been a game changer!!! I clean my bathroom at least once a week, but every month I clean from top to bottom with the steamer, walls, floor, everything. Every nook and cranny and crack is cleaned. It took about 6 months before all the grim was gone but now it's just regular maintenance. It was the best $65 I've ever spent on a cleaning product.
@@alexiseldredge Honestly there are hundreds to chose from. I got one that was fairly cheap 'cause I didn't know if I would like it or use it. But I did want one that came apart so I could steam the floors and use as a hand held. It came with a whole lot of different attachments and I made sure I could get new mop pads for it. I clean all my filters, the oven, even my hair brushes with it.

Wouldn't that bathroom be nicer with a barn door type deal, or even a folding "accordion" door like some RVs have? Definitely I think you'd find it less oppressive with a clear or light colored shower curtain and a small, flat bathmat, the kind with rubber bottoms that stay put --so it won't slide into the door's way. Maybe mount a small fan from the ceiling by the window to provide some extra ventilation? You are a hero for cleaning the floor on hands and knees. My roommate and I tossed a coin and I'm so relieved I got the bathtub! Ha.
I think that you and your roommates have to rearrange your living room. I believe that the way your 2 couches have been placed is wrong. The green couch blocks the entrance that the living room has and doesn't look so nice. Not sure how you could place the couches but it could be interesting to try a few things to see what will look like better.
When you sit down to eat just as someone starts to clean round the toilet bowl 🤮😂. I think sharing a bathroom is one of the worst parts of living with others.
re: ny apartments gathering grime I know what you are talking about! I feel like it has to do with not having proper air circulation and central hvac. I always had multiple windows open, fans and air purifiers going. But good on you for cleaning. I’m sure it feels so much nicer in there
Watch u cause of Chelsea hope u two do videos together but I enjoy ur solo ones too from Vancouver bc thanks it helps me clean watching other ppl clean
