MAI! Sign up for swimming lessons. I literally only learn to swim at the age 19, it's never too late. They have classes for adults. Drag a friend to go with you or do it independently. It's a good life skill to have :) Also I freakin love your sense of humor and videos!!!

I am curious about how much a place like that costs in that city, I mean even a small place costs 6-8 thousand dollars a month. You inspire your viewers, but they may have unrealistic expectations about moving to NYC.
