I can imagine him drinking herbal tea quite regularly and and having similar snacks to Felix but have no clue what he can eat for breakfast lunch and dinner
@@vuk8315 he conusmes light fruit that isn't full of sugar (no grapes and other too sweet nonsense). he makes a lot of green shakes (smoothies) in the first part of his day due to easy disgestion for practice/working out. in the second part of the day he opts for quiona/millet/sweet potato/potato and stuff similar to it. perhaps eats some fish or lean meat nowadays too but he doesn't talk much about it.. key take away for Novak being healthy is eating organic or mostly organic, consuming water and no sugary drinks, beer etc and obviously working out, meditating, stress relief, massages etc.. personally Novak's diet isn't optimal healthwise, it's good, but nothing amazing. the other things he does is what keeps him fit and young, also, intermittent fasting.. does wonders. btw it's not crazy to be fit around Novak's age, he is 36, not 66.. cheers
