All of the classic MVC games are back in one affordable package: but what if you bought all these games today? what would it cost? #capcom #marvel #nintendoswitch #playstation #steam
@@JIreland1992 So he can play it anywhere to lab combos. I legit buy most fighting games twice, one on console or PC, and again on Switch. People sleep on how big portability is, especially for fighting games. I actually got really damn good at MK9 and Injustice 1 because of the Vita ports.
@@nicksrandomreviews I guess that makes sense. Given there’s no cross play. I’m just getting the Switch version since I just like playing the arcade mode.
I’m going to get a physical copy. And when I have it in my hands? I’m just going to sit there and stare in disbelief that these legends are in my hands. It will be awhile before I even accept this is real.
Good point. Me and my brother were able to collect all of those over the years. The only game we never got our hands on was the Punisher. I'm happy I don't have to hook up entire game systems just to play certain games now.
I always remember in the late 2000s the remaining arcade consoles of Marvel vs Capcom 2 had not been taken care of, and just had very dull screens and looking old in general. It made the games look much older than they were. Street Fighter 2 and MvC 2 were the most common Capcom cabinets in Puerto Rico in the 2000s. King of Fighters and Fatal Fury were common too.
Great video brother but as a poor kid man i had tons of fun on all the ps1 games you were shitting on of every game in this series as at the time that’s all my parents could get for me. Can’t wait for the switch/ps4 copies to drop!
No shame in playing those versions back then; Compromised Marvel is better than no Marvel. I'm just glad more people will get a chance to play the full experience on modern hardware
I remember the very first time I played MVC2 on the Dreamcast back in the day and all of my friends and I HATED the music choices. But we played the game SO much that it was burned into our minds.
Man the Dreamcast was best for marvel vs Capcom games and Capcom vs Snk games… unfortunately SFIII 3rd strike was off 😅… great video my fellow man just earned new subscriber!
I had the PC version. Aside from some gameplay issues because of the way Probe ported the game, presentation wise it was the ONLY arcade accurate looking version of the game. But ONLY if you installed the 16MB RAM version. The 8MB RAM version had cut down color and about a 30% reduction in animation frames. But still nothing as bad as what the PS1 got.
i wish you wouldn't talk about prices so much. not just tthat but you do it so gleefully like its a major part of the experience for you. could smell it when you started using the term 'complete in box' with the immediate abbreviation on screen. like yeah. we get it. you are so cool for owning a cps2 board of marvel super heroes vs street fighter or xmmen children of the atom thats worth 4000 dollars. good for you!!!!!!! you're seriously part of the problem with tthe retro game community
Buying it in Switch and PS4, and the ridiculous thing is that in thinking on buying a Switch lite to make it just and MvC little console, and i have an oled, the physical version im goin to let it there and the lite the digital, and im thinking on the digiral ps4 version too, f it.
@@nestorgonzalez8021 And nothing else. Besides, rumor has it that was more just to spite the creator in that they could still make a Mega Man game without him. And, it did really well, so were is the rest of the Mega Man games? No, we just get more collections. Collections that don't mean new games.
@@JosephJohns-xi1qbmega man fanbase isn’t on the same level as the MvC fanbase specially with X-men 97 nostalgia train… I would take a MvC4 over any new entry of mega man
@@nestorgonzalez8021 You mean the show that didn't even have that high of viewership? Also, MvC is a fighting game, which is relatively niche. Add that to the MCU being in decline and Mega Man being a pillar of video gaming, don't overestimate MvC.
