Omg the dentist! I’ve been terrified for so long for the exact same reason (I think we are the same age) I didn’t go for 10 years but a couple of days ago my back tooth started crumbling away and I used all my courage to go get a filling that same day! She was such a lovely lady and took my fear seriously. But I completely understand ❤

That post exercise poncho in ikea looks like they're copying the dry robe! Not a great copy but I think that's what they're going for 😂 so mostly to keep warm after wild swimming so maybe those people in the sea need one 😂
