My apologies for taking so long to respond back Your answer is yes. As long as the valve is a DC current or operates with a battery latching solenoid, you can use the controller. Orbit, Rainbird, and Hunter irrigation carries these types of battery-operated valves. If you go to a local Site One irrigation supply, you can get what you need.
