Thx for this, it was really easy to understand. I’ve been on the game two years and I’ve only used 2ad cause that was the only os whose properties I knew.

I'd recommend 171AD or 3CAD for merk. After 171AD, merk has some great air buttons (like jB) he can press to punish or take his turn. Merk 3C doesn't actually have head invuln, but the first hit is 7f startup so it can interrupt people in the air if done quick enough. I would personally do 171AD since for me it's easier than doing 3CAD, but it's up to you.
Merk also does have some high hitting buttons he can use, like 5A/4B/j2B. They aren't necessarily OSes, but they can hit your opponent trying to do a lot things
