yes, the audio alarm water monitors are very much available. I live in a mobile home and have them installed in areas that may end up leaking. I check the alarm and battery twice a year. I also have them in the camper.

Aren't you worried about galvanic corrosion between the brass check valve and the steel hot water tank? Mixing those metals actually caused a leak in my home water heater connections.

Where did you find the pivoting hose splitter

Chlorine has a way of damaging rubber and plastic parts too, not just vibration and crummy Michigan roads. Just so you know, you are using your channel locks backwards.

It looked like that check valve had plastic inside of it.
