On today’s French road trip, we dive into the exciting world of French grocery shopping at a local hypermarket! French supermarkets and hypermarkets are a must-visit when traveling through France, offering so much more variety and intrigue compared to what we find in the UK. Our daughters had prepared a French grocery shopping list, so we set off to explore all the French goodies at the hypermarket before heading back home.
But that’s not all! Before our French hypermarket adventure, we treated ourselves to a relaxing spa treatment in our hotel in Le Touquet. We also tried to visit one last brocante for some antiquing treasures before ending our journey. There’s just something special about French road trips, especially when they include grocery shopping in France, discovering hypermarkets, antiquing and making the most of every moment before returning to the UK.
