Just watched this movie few hours ago. I give it 6.5 / 10. The first movie is still a masterpiece. Don't get me wrong, It's still an enjoyable movie to watch, this movie is not boring at all. I like the acting, But It still lacks in something, It's feels like eating a pizza without tomato sauce or cheese. If only they give a longer scene of interaction between the military and the monster, this movie could be at 8 / 10 or 10 / 10.

I agree with you, just watched it in France. Could be 8/10 but ended up 6 for me too. Was missing something, like did not feel complete.... Loved the acting though brilliant!

@@harmony5807 Yes, they should have at least mention a little bit about the origin of the monster and put more effort about the military/space interaction with the monster. The acting is indeed the main thing that carried this movie.

Once you finish this minute long trailer, you have basically seen the best parts of the movie. Those who are interested in watching a preachy story about a dying woman try to feed her obsession with pizza should go watch the whole film. The rest of us, who may have wanted more action and more information as to what these creatures are about, should stay home out of heat.

For those seeking to go and see this movie. I tell you DON"T. It's an utter waste of your time and money. Cinema's are way too expensive nowadays for them to even allow this quality of movie to be played in Imax. A Quiet place 1 remains the best and 2. With three they just F- it. There is hardly a story, and what you see is so thin. Some people started napping in the cinema. There was absolutely no great pace and progresson in the story. The story started FLAT and remained FLAT... When everyone got out of the cinemy they we're all dissapointed and upset. This was a beloved franchise to many. And they wasted a gold mind with actor Djimon Hounsou. He barely was seen through the movie. What an epic fail of not using him more. I score Day One : a solid 1

Did you actually go and see it? People have an habit of negatively rating movies they haven’t seen just because the lead is black. Lets say hypothetically you did see it, why does it matter if other people go see a movie you didn’t like? Sounds like you’re hoping to sabotage the movie because of your own prejudice.

THIS MOVIE SUCKED, it bored us to tears, answers no questions and basically nothing happens. Don’t fall for the media campaign. Oh and yea, the cat makes it after using up all 9 lives about 15 times.

Spoiler alert! ⚠️ The cat survives but sadly…his owner doesn’t😔 R.I.P Lupita, sacrificed her own life to save Eric, Frodo, and the people on the boat.💔💐❤️💐❤️💐❤️💐❤️ I cried so much at the end but overall the movies is a 10/10 MUST see.

The best character in A Quite Place Day One is Frodo. 😅. No! The cat will survive until the end. But I'm not happy with the ending. 😂 Rating movie: 21/10 ❤
