i'm a youtube only watcher so very nice to see you back, but everybody in the game chat just seems so salty all the time. it's so laggy compared to vanilla and when they inevitably get spun around they call each other out and ban each other so much!

@@thisiserk It's the rules of the server to call out if you get taken out. You don't respect callouts, you get binned. It's a simple rule we have on the server. It's funny you're calling them salty when they are enforcing the rules.

@@DiNmiTe my dude i know how the rule works, please try to pay attention: i'm saying the rule doesn't make sense when there's so much lag endemic to the servers. you're wanting to callout the lag more than the actual players, but you can't do that so every race is just a circus of everybody calling each other out.

@@thisiserk if you were aware of how much your lag could impact others, and wait on your own initiative when you lag-hit someone, then there is no need to call them out. Doesn't matter if the lag was the culprit or the driver themselves, what the victim saw was them getting taken out, thus callouts are necessary. Also you overestimate how often callouts are done in races. There were a lot of callouts in this race since the server wasn't whitelisted, and had more new people than regulars. Funny how one bad race makes the callout rule "not make sense"

FiveM should sort out mid-race banning of people. Its not fair that some mods just ban people because they think they made a mistake. The whole calling out people system is wrong to its roots. As far as I know, its not a vanilla gta race with randoms, ppl can behave here, and they know if they made a mistake. Furthermore, its just a random all race, where chaos often happens. No need to tryhard it and banning ppl for minor mistakes.

It's a bin, not a ban. Binning is merely a DQ from the ongoing race. As for the call-out system: There's a bunch of lag on FiveM and as such, things happen differently on different peoples' screens. On your screen you may have not hit anyone, but on theirs you slammed into them or went wide and pushed them off the track. Even if people try to race clean, accidents happen and lag causes incidents. The majority of the people already know what lag hits look like and when to wait. A whole bunch of crashes and such happen, but there's no call-out as the offending party waits of their own accord. When Broughy comes on, a whole plethora of people who don't usually play on Homecoming also show up without knowing the rules or how to deal with or anticipate lag, so the racing tends to get a bit more hectic, and conversely the amount of call-outs increases. Having the normal rules apply to Random Alls is also crucial, as the racing is more chaotic than a normal race to begin with. If Random Alls were no rules races, it'd be wholly unenjoyable for everyone involved.

I see you've taken to RU-vid comments like fish to water. Name-calling right out of the gates. Really not sure why I'm even dignifying that nonsense with a response, but here goes. "Furthermore, its just a random all race, where chaos often happens. No need to tryhard it and banning ppl for minor mistakes." ^ This suggests that Tamás thinks that rules should either be ignored or at least people should be given more leeway when it comes to following them in a random all. Considering some people have problems sticking to the rules even in a normal race, there's no point in confusing them even more. "Oh, I didn't realise the rules were different in a Random All" and all that jazz.

if you come to our server and disrespect our rules, you face the consequences. we dont bin people for making minor mistakes, thats why we have the callout system. we bin people for disrespecting our rules and doing stupid stuff, namely ignoring callouts, shitty rejoins to tracks, driving backwards etc.

VAQUING Nice quotes that no-one used. Just saying Broughy sometimes gets taken out while in a very slow car. And he normally says just go because it doesnt really effect him. Just chill out, kicking people while you're in a Tractor is just low.

If you're slower, surely it takes longer to catch back up and get back up to speed. Just because they are in a slow car that lap doesn't make their race any less important than yours

VAQUING I meant effect as in not bother him (My shitty word choice) but come on this is all for fun right? I understand there needs to be rules, but there is no championship at stake here, and that person who may not even realise he's taken a tractor out (lagg) now has to wait for 40secs to a min to wait for a tractor. I get that he's cost someone a bit of time, but its a bit harsh to just boot that guy. Now I dont know what the severity of the take out was, if it was a biggy then yeah of course that person needs to wait, but if it was just a little spin then I see no harm. Like when Broughy nudges a tractor he says "Yeah he's alright" and carries on.

Sin bin people in an obviously fun random all race which takes place on the laggiest lagfest server? After not waiting for a single incident? I mean you can do it, but there is always the question if you really have to do it. I always thought these races were there to have a bit of a counterpart to the proper racing Broughy does. And even Broughy doesnt wait for everything in these random races, which is totally right imo. I feel like people should chill and not take random races too serious.

@@chompette_ It's one thing to be a hero. It's another to get a Fieldmaster while in first and sin bin 3 people out of the race when you're reversing in the track. He was raging in chat, more pissed about people than trying to drive. He called out Fugazi, Fugazi apologized, he called out Dani, then sin binned Fugazi. Complete kid. Migas also didn't even know what happened. I bet Dr. Tryhard got lag hit by him and got mad about it. At least he chose a great name, Dr. Tryhard is sure fitting. The fact that all of these 3 were sin binned when he got a Fieldmaster and lost the lead is NOT a coincidence. That's just power abuse to feel better about himself backmarking the field.

Not trying to stir a pot or anything, but there's a pattern of new people showing up and then not being in the next race because Btree sin binned them. Never happens to the regulars, just the fresh meat.

1) being sin-binned doesn't remove them from the next race, it removes them from the current race. 2) that's because the regulars know the rules and obey them, same cannot be said for some of the new people.

Shouldn't be able to ban people while racing. This needs to be done from a "neutral" view, by someone outside of the race. Otherwise it's just calling for abuse.

Me binning 3 people was because of people not respecting call outs in chat which is covered in the Rules and Racing Etiquette to join Project Homecoming. Just because it's a Random all, Broughy is on the server or that I'm in a Fieldmaster doesn't mean people aren't allowed to just forget that the rules of the server, that they don't apply or to just crash into me and ruin my race and not wait or respect callouts which is against server rules. No one can claim I didn't call them out which I did 3 times so I gave them more then enough chances to stop and wait when both of the people I personally called out even lapped me. As for me binning Migas that's because of his "What?" response to Mild when they called Migas out 3 times in chat. To Racers, Admins and Staff who have the power to sinbin people it is a clear sign that the person hasn't read the Rules and Racing Etiquette before joining the server. I hope this clears this up before some people start flaming my ass when they don't know or understand the rules of the server.

Broughy you really need to learn how to drift, you could gain like 5-10 seconds per lap on most tracks when you get the drift cars if you drift for speed instead of style, you're trying to drive a drift car conservatively and like a normal car, which is just slower than if you take efficient fast drifts from outside to apex to outside. Hope you read this and maybe try it out after some practice, probably wouldn't take you long with your general driving skills :) love the videos, keep them coming as i can't catch stream often if ever.

It could be worse, he could be crabby and pouty when he loses (like failrace). And Bruffy always goes to the back of the line in races, so him getting into Top 5 is actually an impressive achievement.
