I do think from a non whale standpoint Raiden is a bit better tho considering Clorinde has some very good constellations and Raiden not so much after c3 (pls do correct me if i'm wrong)

Clorinde's C4 Burst has a higher damage cap, however, there are two concerns with this in practice: - The first Burst does not have the buff, it is following the latter that the condition of C4 applies - You cannot meet the conditions of this constellation in one cycle with this team, so cannot reach its highest cap [+200% DMG]. - The Burst is divided into 5 iterations of DMG, so the TC is applied independently. So for now, Clorinde C6 ~ Raiden C6 (with a slight lead for Raiden, because what you showed with the video, Raiden can do it in your hands), but if one day they add Enemies with 4 times more HP, there Clorinde will surpass Raiden. Ok, but you still have to dose it with speedrunning, it's not necessary.

The other factor is that Raiden can technically stop at C3 and produce the same result as C6 Raiden. The difference between C3 and C6 Raiden is only rotation cooldown time, but when speed runs come down to one rotation it doesn’t matter at all. But there are clorinde evolutionary mechanics that are locked behind c4 to 6. So Raiden is cheaper to build as a whale whilst clorinde has higher skill ceiling in regular gameplay

Hoyo really did Raiden dirty for giving useless cons after C3. Even at C6, there is no way Raiden would match C6 Clorinde , newer character powercreeps the old ones and that's just how Hoyo rakes the money . I still like both though

Yeah, C6 Clorinde is strong, but C6 Raiden (or even C3) is the same strong. Clorinde is better in terms of dmg output (cuz she doesn’t slash once like Raiden), but Raiden is better for Nuke

C2 And for f2ps raiden national exceeds clorinde agro dps wether it's coz xiangling or not idk but clorinde cant do the same in nation coz her personal dmg is not that much outside of agro Tho obviously you can argue with it but aye it my personal exp

when it comes to c6 speedrun, how long burst animations are matter more than strength

we love to see it , classic raiden players , there is no way raiden c6 or even at least c3 r5 is better than clorinde c6. Gotta love the tears of raiden players lmao.

at this level of whaling it just comes down to animation times lmao cuz everything is a one shot showcase raiden has longer animations so it takes a half second longer that’s literally it
