It’s a rainy day here in Japan, but let’s make the most of it and tackle some cleaning and organizing that’s been long put off. But first, a trip outside to visit a local park to appreciate nature and the transition of the seasons. Then a chance to stock up on some locally grown veggies from the neighbors’ food stall. Thanks to a discovery while cleaning, tidying up the kitchen blossoms into a new indoor gardening hobby. Lastly, I share a meal perfect for a cosy, rainy night in, with a healthy twist on a classic comfort food.
