Where the dummy guy is inbetween the True Reset Grind where phantom freddy is once you get outside to the dummy, just jump over to the place behind it and they are in there. You need 20 resets to fight them.
@legendarytronic7774 when I made this comment, there was no portal and the game had yet too be updated too make the door. Beat them like the day they updated it, thanks for letting me know though
