I live 15 minutes away from my job. Biking saves a lot of gas money and engine wear over time, your'e not polluting the environment, and you get exercise and sunshine! I've suffered from PTSD and depression for years, and if it wasn't for a few people asking those same questions my life could have been a lot different. I also think you unknowingly just gave him one of the best tools to help fight what he is going through. Physical exercise, cycling, in particular, has been shown to help increase those "feel good" chemicals in the body and requires the rider to focus on other things.

This is one of the few rappers who truly gets what life is about. Much respect!
