@@cunco_ yes actually 😑 my yorkie is very chill. He doesn’t bite. He doesn’t chew things. We can pet him while he eats. We can pick him up different ways. We can hold him different ways; one way is like a baby. He doesn’t dig. He even lets me move his paws when he’s laying. I can even touch his tongue and he doesn’t care
@@donnabacon4681 still did for sure don’t act like a ”GENTLEman” - and as I said: he would agree with me. He really tried to defend himself and be a freaking warhero or something
My dog I used to have would cough a lot due to his medical condition he had and a lot of groomers refused to work with him because they had to stop everything to let him have his coughing fits while giving him water during it. It usually took most groomers two hours to groom him because of it and they had to be so patient with him. It's frustrating when loose pet hair from grooming aggravates a dog's medical condition as they are being groomed even though they cough a lot no matter what. He had to take medication for it everyday.
Wow, he's beyond cute! You did a terrific job....not just the final presentation, but the way you handled/treated him was so sweet and gentle. I love how he looks and that colorful little thing around his neck.
He basically went from EXTREMELY ADORABLE to ABSOLUTELY, EXTREMELY ADORABLE! I JUST LOVE IT! As well, I APPLAUD the owners for bringing him in at such a young age! This way, he gets used to the grooming process early! Edit: THANK YOU for ALL the likes! I’ve NEVER, EVER gotten THIS MANY before!
We had a Maltese who had major zoomies. My gramps thought for 16 years that we had 2 Maltese dogs the entire time because she would zoom from one place to another so fast my gramps couldn’t keep up. It wasn’t until she passed when he realized it was only ONE Maltese dog. 😭
Logan, he was so darn cute inside your smock. Just adorable! You did a great job bringing out his facial features; as always. He obviously liked you, so next time he might not be quite as fidgety. Tho who am I kidding? He'll be just as squirmy next time. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
OH! MY! GOODNESS! So stinkin' cute!! I appreciate the patience you have and take into account these animals' quirky traits. While it helps you to groom safely, just look how he kissed you when you held him up to trim the hair around his little puppy feet! And then!! Sat so proudly afterwards! What! A little doll baby! Who was your little helper in the background? S/he the emotional support pupper??!! 💕💕💕🐾
Oh my goodness !! With every dog you groom ,you are getting fantastic and more fantastic. This round face is just so perfect, not many groomers can do such a round face.Yorkies are very hard to groom. Thank you for the stories too.. I have no idea how you can come up with so many stories with each different dog, but I love it ….buuuuuy logannnnnn lol🐶🦴🤎
I had adopted a senior blonde Yorkie and her hair had thinned a lot and people talked so much stuff about her but her last year of life was filled with lots of love and happiness.
I've a 1/2 each Dachshund & Yorkie rescue.....golden blonde locks of pure energy & gorgeous. He's also a great mouser/squirreler. He hasn't sat still since I got him & trash cans are on shelves 🥴. Gotta love him ❤!
We had a blonde Yorkie many years ago. Everyone wanted to know what kind of dog she was. She loved everyone, except children. She hated those little hands pulling her hair. My folks belonged to a yacht club and she loved going to her gramma and grampa’s boat. She would fly down the dock and jump onto the swim platform to see everyone. She loved sitting on her grampa’s lap on the fly bridge when he was piloting the boat someplace, barking to everyone to tell them “outa the way!”. We lost her when she was almost 17 years old. We still miss her every day.
My Schnauzer/Yorkie mix, Rocket, is the best dog I have ever had. He never chews anything except buttons and zippers, so those are never on the floor. Never once got into the trash. He lets us know when he wants to be hugged and petted. Then he just walks away and lays down. My heart breaks when we have to leave him because his fear of being alone is almost palpable. Whichever one of us leaves, he waits, just waits until all 3 of us are together again. If I’m laying down and he wants all 3 of us together, he will hit at the bed and snark at me until I get up and we are together again. I know he has a human brain. He’s just the best.
They are extremely good hunters. My mother in law has had a few of them over the past 19 years all but one has passed now but they are feisty, smart, and fabulous hunters. Adore them so much!
So true, Yorkie puppies are such rascals. Mine learned how to scale a large doggie gate, open up a set of doors to the kitchen and let out the other 2 dogs. He’s been a handle for 13 years now, but he’s an absolute sweetheart too.
