as someone doing a PhD during lockdown (in Australia) these vlogs are the best!! I have intense anxiety about not doing work and I find that productivity culture worsens it a lot, but these realistic work day vlogs really help me feel better about my work day, so please don't stop!!

Hi Grace! I'm curious - do you find working out in the morning or at night most useful in terms of productivity throughout the day? I remember at uni you would go to the gym after working all day but I think you do it in the morning now. I'm a new gym goer and really struggling to organise when best suits me with working from home, so any advice you have would be great!!xx
