Here I am finding peace and happiness amongst the mundanity of my everyday work life as an architectural designer and content creator. I’ve been resonating with Pema Chodron’s quote lately, that “things come together and fall apart”. Lately, I've been leaning into more of the falling apart moments as I feel quite exhausted and burnt out from being so busy with work. Routines, habits and gratitude have been helping me hold it together through this busy chapter of life.
I've been noticing the pull of lower energy and emotions but I try to allow space for those uncomfortable feelings rather than gaslighting myself into avoiding them because I recognise that we need those lower states in order to experience life’s beautiful coming together moments. It’s been tricky trying to navigate a busy work schedule whilst being deep in my feels but like everything in life - it’s just a chapter. I can’t wait to continue sharing this space with you all.
Sending my love, Cam x
