Super quick and simple. I hope I don't sound too tired. I'll be brainstorming something better for the next video but I'm not shut out from suggestions. 😭🙏 #art #sketchbookadventures #sketchbooktour #vladdoodles #sketch
Thank you! It's really important to me that my sketchbooks feel comfortable and personal. I definitely value the experience and feeling of creating rather than aesthetics. It's definitely my downfall sometimes. I won't finish things if they don't "feel right" or I "don't wanna". 😭

this is like where sht began, my fav oc was born here , you learned how to be gestural using brush pens, studies , like you were cooking and testing out new supplies
Try everything! Experiment with supplies and styles. It's hard to say flat out "don't compare yourself to others" so instead look at others art as inspiration instead of a direct goal. Try to pick apart things you like/don't like about their style and incorporate those techniques into your own drawings. Lastly, don't listen to haters. If you didn't ask for advice, don't take it. ESPECIALLY if they're not artists. We all start somewhere and improve at different rates. Everyone has an area where they're better. Color, composition, backgrounds, etc... Just have fun and keep going!
